Where the Wild Things Are....

This childrens book was written in 1963 by Maurice Sendak. I dont know many who did not read it as a child.
The story is about Max who one night gets around his house in a wolf costume and misbehaving, growling at his mum who sends him to bed without dinner. This is where the excitement begins and Max finds himself in the land of the Wild Things.
Spike Jonez has decided to turn this into a movie (an original teaser was released in 2000) which is to be released in October of this year and its causing quite alot of buzz around the first trailer.

Lykke Li is hot, like smoking. Her album - Youth Novels, is great. Chilled relaxed and always manages to put a smile on my face.
Bon Iver are great. I missed him/them when they toured just recently but heard he/they are amazing live, really blow your socks off.
