Nothing says I love you more then a personalized mixtape. Cds are ok but cassettes were/are so much better.
If you truly like/love someone a mixtape can be the perfect gift. Finding the tracks that remind you of that person that you know both of you like. Mixing old and new tracks, songs with meaning, songs that make you smile, songs that tell a story.
Cd's somehow dont have the same feel as the old cassette tape. Nothing better then giving or recieving a tape with the tracks hand written in pen and maybe some sort of squiggle.
So the crew over at turntable Lab are selling usb cassette mixtapes, the same feel a cassette gives but for the modern tech people. Looks and feels extremely close to the real thing. I just got a few for some special people over christmas.
